Recently we attended the medieval day at Kryal Castle in Ballarat. It was certainly something and I can't wait to go back!
It made me think back to 10 years ago when Jared and I went to our first ever medieval festival. I can't believe that was a decade ago already! This festival was in Lithgow and it was a delightful blend of medieval, steampunk and vintage.
The highlights will always be the birds of prey, jousting and the costumes.
Below are some highlights from the day all those years ago.
